Taking down an Auto Ship
Only an Auto Ship ever charges you again, and only if you chose one. Taking it down costs nothing, needs no explanation, and ends every charge that would have followed.
Three ways to take it down
1. The button. Press it and your email program opens a cancellation note that is already addressed and worded. Fill in the one blank, which asks which email address placed the order, and send it off.
2. Writing in yourself. Any email address will do; address it to support@bloodbalanceplus.com. Quote the order number, or else the address that placed the order, and the desk will match it to the right Auto Ship.
3. A phone call. Ring (833) 865-1411 while the desk is open, 9 AM to 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday.
The 24 hour rule
A cancellation that lands a full day (24 hours) or more before your next billing date means that charge is never taken. Leave it later and a crate may already be packed; cancel regardless, mention the date, and we will set it right.
Proof that it stopped
Every cancellation gets a written reply from us saying the Auto Ship has ended. It is worth keeping.
A single purchase
A one-time order was charged once and will not be charged again, so there is nothing to end. Hoping to alter or halt a parcel still sitting in our packing room? Phone or write straight away, and the packers will try to pull it back off the shelf.
