Crating, postage and returns

On its way to you

Each order leaves the packing room within 2 business days as a rule, counting Monday to Friday only, and never later than 10 business days. Postage is on the gallery, with free US shipping with tracking on every crate; the carrier's part of the trip normally lasts 3 to 7 business days, door to door.

Sending a bottle back

Every bottle on this wall can come home to us, sealed or already opened, as long as it is within 30 days of the date we shipped it. We then refund the full product price, and we never charge a restocking fee.

First, a short note to support@bloodbalanceplus.com quoting your order number lets the desk expect the parcel. Then post it here.

Paying for the trip back is up to you. The exception is a bottle that reached you damaged, or one we sent in error: tell us, and we mail you a prepaid label or simply send the right one.

When the crate is unpacked here, we refund the original card inside 2 business days. Some banks post it at once and some need 3 to 10 days to show the credit. An eBook (a PDF) can be refunded inside 30 days of buying it.

Should you have added Auto Ship to a package, the End an Auto Ship page takes it down at no cost.
